Thanks for that explanation Sean. I didnt know JRUN was different in
the different versions of CFMX.

However it happens that it's definitely the Enterprise version we're
running in this case, so we're still looking for the reason the JRUN
administrator isnt opening, and what do to about it.

To recap for those coming in late to this story .... 

We want to run a  non-CF app using JRUN, and therefore want to have
another instance of JRUN going on the server.    When we do a Netstat,
we can see that the JRUN administrator is listening on port 8000.  
Opening the JRUN launcher shows that administrator is running on port
8000.   But we can't open the JRUN administrator.   When we try, we
get a browser message saying the page cannot be displayed.

Any other ideas anyone?
