I like your attitude, I would do the same thing. As to why they would do that, well it's the government, they are uptight, I've worked at a few government places and sometimes I was to afraid to sneeze...
What they don't understand is that happiness improves work... But when the top management is unhappy why should everybody else be allowed to have fun and be merry.?. They see us watching a funny video and see that as time wasting, but they don't understand that that little break could spark up some good ideas... Am I rambling yet??
