You don't, it's all shipped from Malaysia on demand. Mine took two weeks. Ring them and tell them you wan't a free wireless keyboard and mouse, 512mb USB disk and some other random junk.
On the upside, I had to get my LCD replaced (umm, yeah, they are dead pixels, i never put 12 kg of books on top of it) and they were in my office in 48 hours, replaced in 10mins and gone. Great service.
