The guided search tool within the Macromedia Knowledge Base allows customers to find precise Macromedia technical information, Developer Center articles, and customer service notes on policies and procedures. The intuitive capability of the guided search allows users to fine-tune their queries based on established categories and "best bet" choices. Each search that a user performs automatically provides structured feedback to Macromedia about the technical quality of the Knowledge Base. This allows us to contribute new technical information continually to make the Knowledge Base more effective.
