I'll give a serious answer to a serious question.

For me, personally? In a *heartbeat* I would opt for complete cfscripting
CFML at the expense of new features, yes.  I respect the efforts that MM
have put into BlackStone (honestly, there's lots of stuff in there that no
doubt people will find useful), but there's not one of the features coming
out that I've found myself wanting for, whereas I sit here every day
wishing I didn't have to break out of my script block just to do a query
(or whatever).
I'm sure I will find a lot of the stuff in BlackStone useful, don't get me
wrong, but when I find myself thinking "wouldn't it be nice if...", I'm not
wishing for one of the new features in BS.

I'm not for a second suggesting that MM ought to drop everything and code
name the next release AdamsStuff, but you asked the question, and that's my
answer.
