However, saying "the NDA prevents you from saying you are part of the beta program" almost implies that you are (in the sense that you must have read the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you got signed up and you are then saying something that the NDA implicitly says you aren't allowed to say). Assuming that is what the NDA says.
Or even saying things like "Why not post on the mailing lists for the beta progam" almost implies a similar thing (i.e. how do you know there are lists if you are not part of the beta program). Assuming there are such lists. Of course, this is all speculation, as I am not saying if I am part of the Blackstone beta program or not.
