Yeah it is... go read what you agreed to. The NDA covers any and all
material made known to you that has not been made public and most
certainly covers the discussions that you posted here on cfaussie. If
something that happened in the beta is never made public by
Macromedia, it may not be disclosed by anyone in the beta program
because the NDA covers it in perpetuity.

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer so feel free to ask Tim Buntel about this
tonight or during MXDU!
