FP6 is around 96%.
I have a flash 7 app with tens of thousands of users. Every user is logged, so i can see repeat visitors etc. I also know if they have flash 7 installed or not. From my fairly large sample, the figures for flash 7 quoted on the MM website are about right... perhaps maybe even conservative. http://www.macromedia.com/software/player_census/flashplayer/version_penetration.html It's easy enough to convince users to upgrade if your ap is good enough.
