Aye, the Inpsiron 9300 + config upgrades is probably the only laptop
around atm that comes close (may be faster / less heat/batter as its
got Pentium M vs Alien having p4).

well then.. i'll be, the CEO of alienware just rang me apologising for
the problems and is personally going to make sure i get looked after
now...

Granted he could be Mike from Sales, going "Hey, i'll pretend i'm the
CEO and get it sorted" hehe but sounded authentic.

Anyway thats a good case for turning a bad PR into a positive as now
i'm actually more happier about it then i was 10mins ago...
