Also, to further the cause of turning this into a "whinge about your laptop" thread, I'd like to suggest that Toshiba re-engineer their ventilation system. If you own an A-series laptop, after about a year it will begin to overheat and shut down without warning. You need to open the door over the processor and spray what will likely be a large furball out of the heatsink that connects to the heat pipes. This will require a can of compressed air, which costs $15 from Jaycar for some inexplicable reason. I'd be interested to know what Toshiba's reaction would be if you rang them and asked to pay for the can of air, since they know about this issue :)
