Hey Andrew

The one time that I have had to call on MM tech support it ended up
being the Sun JVM hotspot bug (described here
http://www.talkingtree.com/blog/index.cfm?mode=entry&entry=25AA65E0-45A6-2844-7CCF931D89B0133E).
Without the help of the CF support guys (who are awesome BTW) I would
have had no chance of sorting it out.

So yeah - support issues can come from places you've never thought of
& often bizarre combinations of OS, JVM or even hardware rather than a
bug in CF or your code or whatever.
