Yep, big piddle tech support is handled by TeleTech who are dime a dozen script reading drones. I don't think they even HAVE escalation procedures to get stuff to the techs.
Scott: If you are sure its DNS acting up, email me your WAN IP (visit whatsmyip.com if you don't know it) and I'll add an ACL to my DNS server so you can use it. My box is located in Brisvegas too so it should be pretty quick.
