Hi Shane,

Running Apache, and host headers doesn't work with SSL & Mutliple
sites.  The reason for this is that the header is encrypted by the SSL
and so apache can't work out which host to show so it show's the
default/1st one.

The whole reason I'm trying to do this is to reduce/eliminate any
changes between dev/staging/production.
