Well, the 'wish' URL *is* the official channel for submitting suggestions such as yours and your local contact for feedback on the server products would be Mark Blair... This issue of 127.0.0.x IP addresses has been raised before - with the product team - so they are aware of your request. My own *personal* opinion is: if you're doing sufficient work on multiple sites that you really require multiple IP addresses, you should be buying Standard or Enterprise for your development machine.
