Scott, give or take a few months (sorry but can't provide an exact date, as I am not that fixated an exact dates) BUT I am pretty SURE I was there when it all started, right after the BBS's I went into HTML when I had my first xk modem (sorry can't recall teh speed, and I won't guess because if I would say 14.4k you would dig up some article that says it was actually 7.2.3333k)
