Hi Barry,

I haven't tested that methodology, but I suspect on past experience
that it won't quite work that way. We've had several problems with
service restarts causing scheduled tasks to be missed or 'forgotten'.
I'd suggest a high frequency scheduled task that looks for a boolean
application variable, if the variable is 0, invoke the CFC's and set
the variable to 1. If the variable is 1, take no action.
