I'm surprised you got snobbed on AJUG, I've been on there for ages, and asked all sorts of stupid questions...
So honestly, I'm not sure. If need be - post it on here, there are enough people around with java exp. that it can be helped out... and it's CF related ;o) (sorta) I'm no big Java Guru or nothing, but my ICQ number is always at the bottom of my emails for a reason - so if you use it, you can always msg me.
