Dunno, never paid out of my own pocket (it was always there upon
arrival to thine job)

90% of the time yes, as Mark put it, the folks who eventually handle
the problem are no slouches and will hunt the problem down more so out
of their own curiousity then a need to fix it. It has been good to sit
back and let the problem be fixed remotely and simply pick up the
solution and go "fixed it..oh what..payrise..sure...." hehe.

Generally most of my support queries / interaction with Macromedia has
always been positive and i'm the absolute first to piss and moan about
bad Customer Service.
