Thanks guys,

I got it authenticating correctly and returning the token, but still
having issues with the whole drop in an XML file or XML code into the next
web service. I just got a gut feel with this one...sumtin aint right.

Its just going to take me longer to figure out then I had first imagined.
CF webservices are SOOOO much easier to deal with. I have done hundereds
of the damn things.
