I havent tried it but you could try it for me:P get the serial number out of the administrator, just so you have a copy, then update the serial number to be "Developer". This is what seems to be in there if you install developer version. From here you should have access to everything, including the archiving and deployment area.
Archive your settings, and then uninstall.
