Mike has blogged an entry (http://www.markme.com/mesh/archives/002604.cfm) about the various RSS feeds Macromedia offers. He also asks for suggestions for other things MACR should offer... so if you want them to offer up a tech note or exchange feed, _please_ go and post your support. (Looks like those two items are the main things people want.
