We still use CFStudio at work but I'd say the whole list of options is
so silly that nobody would really care what product won that vote.  How
can you compare DW and FL separately to Studio MX?  How can you compare
those to a graphics server (which came in third??)  

The topic is so vague it's useless. If it was "Best ColdFusion
development tool" then it'd be another story.
