Why does this inside a cfc function with a string or any return type... <cfset var.myReturn = "myContent<br>here<br>"> <cfreturn var.myReturn>
from the calling application, it translates the brackets to myContent<br>here<br> This was the result with a return type of any or string... with the same results.
