I'm still trying to get around the whole OO thing too, and I found an online free 
UML modler built in Flash.  It lets you define properties, methods and events for 
objects, then draw links between them.  It's designed for Flash, so it's got a lot 
of other features that probably don't work for CF.  It generates stub code and 
docuentation for Flash, though...

Be nice if it generated text files for CFCs...

You can save your work in a local shared object too...  Anyways, it's good for 
being able to visually see how your objects link.
