Thanks for the kind words Nathan, but I'll certainly keep the pestering to a minimum. Massimo gave me a few places to start learning: http://www.macromedia.com/devnet/mx/coldfusion/cfcs.html http://www.cfczone.org/ (of course ;-) If anyone has any other resources, I'd love to gather some more material to start formulating how things are laid out. I started out as a VBScripter, and through years of harassment and promises of pretty women, Massimo finally convinced me to start using ColdFusion. My OO skills are pretty basic. I've built 1 or 2 very simple classes in VBScript, and I understand the *idea* behind OO (objects, properties, methods, etc), but have yet to really put them into practice in any meaningful manner. So maybe what I need is really an OO primer to begin with so I can start to really "get" what it's all about, and why I keep hearing "CFCs are the way to go...". I just don't have a map to get there yet :) Thanks, Dan ---------------------------------------------------------- You are subscribed to cfcdev.
