StructKeyExists I use, but it won't work on existent struct keys with
undefined values......

I think the syntax you want is:

   isDefined("myStruct.#element#")


However, you might want to use the function StructKeyExists():

   <cfif StructKeyExists(myStruct, element)>
      ... Do something ...
   </cfif>
