That doesn't allow you to solve CF/.NET integration issues; it only allows you to use .NET syntax to product Java classes. For real integration you will have to use something that operates at runtime. Currently, the only product that exists allowing that sort of integration --outside of COM and web services-- is Black Knight.

It enables you to output java classes/bytecode from VB and C# using VS.NET.
I intend to use it to solve a few CF/.NET integration issues without using
