why? you do call java no matter what. my way at least you can control/expand
it now. yes, i'm hoping blackstone will cover java locales. in any case,
there's a CFC to handle all this in the devnet gallery for quite some time
now.

that class is actually a bit restrictive in that your rb have to be on a
classpath someplace. a non-starter for many shared hosts.
