I work with Adobe Indesign about as much as I do CF and would be happy to
contribute my time to this project by doing the page layout.

BTW, He3 is now using DocBook for our documentation and help system. This
means that anything in DocBook format can be made available through the He3
help system. How cool would it be to have your favorite CFML texts available
through your IDE and indexed automatically?
