Is serialization the solution for data persistence?

I have not failed. I've found 10,000 ways that won't work.

  :hmm: I've had very little.
The bulk of my problems have been cross-testing code that is in
development; and when the errors are thrown.
One of the servers (I forget if it is BD or CFMX) will allow you to
instantiate a CFC that has syntax errors yet. The error is not thrown
until you call the method. The other will not let you create the
instance
until the syntax error is fixed.
