In IssueDAO, the type _is_ just IssueBean:

                <cfargument name="iBean" type="IssueBean" required="true">

In IssueBean, I'm not returning this nor calling a constructor. I do
some calls on it before the call in IssueDAO, but it is just stuff
like setFoo, setGoo, etc. All of those methods work fine.
