Pete:
no one seems to have added anything for a few days:
I once
tied myself in knots because I forgot that GetPageContext() still contains the current request
scope - including FORM.
long
story short - I had an infinate loop as it .Forward() back to itself again (and
again)
nothing serious, mind you but something to
remember...

Subject: [CFCDev] MVC and GetPageContext.Forward()
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hi Guys,<I wrote a whole blurb about MVC here and decided I still don't completely understand it so deleted it instead>So to keep things simple here is my question. Since the bug was fixed with mx 6.1 updater 3 are there any reasons I shouldn't be using GetPageContext().Forward in my pages? It seemed like a useful way to pass things about between Model, View and Controller (also seems to help with form validation)Cheers, Pete (aka lad4bear)
