I have been thinking about this for a good part of the day.  While everyone has good points about what Google has in terms of money and hardware, something struck me about this. 

Its not what Google has or has done. Its the fact that every other search engine out there is throwing ass loads of money and hardware at solutions to try and keep up with Google, much less surpass them....and this guy's boss thinks it can be done with 2 guys and a few CFCs.
