I don't think you can do Dynamic datasources in CFMX. At least during a
migration of CF5 to CFMX, the code analyzer said it was no longer possible.
Is there a new way to do it?

I'm about to do the same thing with Excel only.

I believe you can make a new datasource on the fly and point it to the Excel
document.

I was going to make this datasource and then use coldfusion to pull from one
datasource (Excel) into my other datasource (mySql).

 I'm not sure how you would od the cvs.  most likely just a really robust
parser.
