@Dan, @Alan - I'm not trying to start an argument :) Which ever framework makes you most productive (and is reliable) is the best!
Agree that OO and particularly MVC are good things to adopt, but sometimes people adopt patterns without realising it, so if you choose a pattern because you understand it is (IMHO) better than using a pattern just because you have to. As for lexicons, I'm not a fan and tend to avoid them by putting as much logic as I can into cfml.
