Hi, Yes, actually this feature is not available from outside of PlistDiagnostics.cpp. So, I have moved these functions into a new BugId.cpp file, and the bugid generator function(GetIssueHash) is available by the BugId.h header file. These new files are placed in lib/StaticAnalyzer/Core and include/clang/StaticAnalyzer/Core directories. Finally, I have added the BugId to HTML reports.
