David, we still don't have patches from you here. Please use a normal mail client, and attach all 31 patches, or *way* better, fold them into a small logical set of patches.
Or, after folding them into a *small* number of patches, post them using the Phabricator code review tool that Manuel has worked te ensure plays nicely with the mailing lists and developers.
