I forgot that HIP can bundle things other than objects. `-emit-llvm -emit-gpu-bundle` looks reasonable, but `-emit-llvm -emit-gpu-object` is indeed odd. OK. Making it some sort of do/do-not bundle flag makes sense. How about just `--[no-]gpu-bundle-output`?
