Wanted to help out with the AMDGPU builtins and made a bunch of PRs. Some of the builtins work on half floats and I wanted to write tests for them. I noticed in the incubator that these lived in the OpenCL tests, but in your recent PRs it looks like the OpenCL tests were left out — maybe some infra isn't there yet?
