I am quite happy with CrystalTech. I think that their service is sound but don't expect any hand holding. They have been pretty responsible but not perfect. I think the price is extremely good and believe that the tech service is adequate but limited by the economics of the situation.
Their forums are good as are other web-based support. They provide quite good e-mail support but not if you don't get it quickly.
