I have used Crystaltech for a year now, and they are excellent value, particularly if you have multiple domains on the same DB. Tech support is usually quick to reply....if a bit impersonal. Many of their site admin functions such as setting up email addresses are self-serve. There are many extra's such as support for Real Player files. I found that the free shopping cart did not accept Canadian $.....as of last year.
I used Goodmedia for a year and along with Byron Bignell who was a tremendous support, they got me started with CF. The tech support at Goodmedia is very friendly, and I found that the limits of the service package were not strictly adhered to, so for me it was quite a bit better value than stated.
