I did a quick search online and there are several companies that offer Canadian Postal 
Code Info:
http://www.zipinfo.com
http://www.dmtispatial.com/
http://www.digimap.com/

Just goto www.google.com and type in Canada Postal Code Database.

Most of these database have the logitude and latitude of the postal code.  I guess 
you'll need to reference the building with the postal code's Logitude and Latitude.

Another possiblity is integrating a service like Mapquest's custom solution.  They 
already have all the mapping technology/databases and maybe a more reliable solution:
