If you are using Windows, and the image is a gif or jpg, you can open it
with a browser and right click on it.  If your browser is IE, select
Properties.  With Netsscape, select View Image, and then when you get your
new view, right click on it again.

Another way is to open the image with some photo editing software.  The one
I use at home then lets you look at the size of the image in various units
of measure.

that one of my users has  uploaded.� I would like to perform some
calculations on the height and  width of the image, so that I may create
different versions of� that image  with the condition that all the newly
created images are proportional to image  that was uploaded.� On my action,
I do evaluate the height and width of the  uploaded image??
