You might want to have a look at Magma (www.magma.ca). They're the best in Ottawa. I have five corporate accounts housed at their data centre and I've never had to wait more than one minute on the phone for technical support.
They have 24/7 support and in the event of a prolonged power outage they have a 12 cylinder diesel generator. If you go to their Web site you'll see that they have a lot of on-line support (stats, network status, etc.). They also offer SQL database hosting. They have a multi homed backbone (four lines), Cold Fusion on both Unix and NT. You can have your server at their facilities or rent a Virtual Web Server.
