Title: cab file
Are you asking whether you need to use the ENABLECAB attribute in CFFORM? No, you don't *need* it if you're not using one of the java applet-based tags, like those you listed. If you're using CFSELECT, or CFINPUT, for instance, they don't use Java, so you don't need to get the CAB file. And even if you were using those, the attribute was optional and only useful for IE clients.

More important, the ENABLECAB attribute has been deprecated as of release 5 and is no longer functional.

Subject: [CFTALKTor] cab file

If we are not using CFGrid, CFSlider, or CFTree, is it still necessary to download the cab file from Allaire? If so, why?
