Maybe I have my terminology wrong. What I am talking about is when a client comes to our site for the first time, there is a period when nothing seems to be happening. If they have the patience to wait, eventually a screen comes up with a message about downloading a file from Allaire. My bosses told me to remove the CFGrids that we were using so this wouldn't happen (apparently some of the IT people at some of our clients have a real problem allowing any such downloads). I removed all the grids (we weren't using any sliders or trees) but the same thing still happens. Is there any way around it?
