It is possible to build sites that will work in ns 4.7 and ie 5, but if
your worried about ns 4.0, I wouldn't be. This site
(http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp) has stats, but it
doesn't break down the NS usage far enough. I have another site that
breaks NS down further, but it'll have to wait till I get into work.
