That is the normal state of affairs with MS SQL transfers.
Unfortunately, you then need to connect back into the DB and manually set
your primary and foreign keys and most likely each table's data types.

This may very well be a result of using a dial up connection. Especially on
a shared server, things really do get funky.

If you can, try connecting to the hosted db through your local MS SQL Query
Analyzer.
