1) Unable to turn on DBI_TRACE within perl ($ENV{DBI_TRACE} = 2=/
path/to/file). I have had this problem in the past with other
scripts, I suppose I will have to fiddle around more with this.
In case anyone was wondering about this head scratcher - you have to
set DBI_TRACE before you load DBI.pm.
So using require instead of use will work.
