This is the entire reason I found CGI::Application and subscribed to
this mailing list (CGI::XMLApplication).  CGI::Application is itself
similar to things I've designed (I may have some input when I get the
chance) but I was curious about CGI::XMLApplication, although I
haven't really investigated that yet.  I expected CGI::XMLApplication
to be related in some way and was surprised when it was not.
